How it works

  • Schedule a 15 min consultation to discuss your concerns, answer your questions, and see if pelvic physical therapy is right for you.

  • Comprehensive full body assessment, medical history review, and goal assessment to identify the root cause of your concerns and create a individualized plan of care.

  • Include hands-on techniques and exercise to alleviate muscle tension, improve mobility, and reduce pain, to include but not limited to joint and soft tissue manipulation, dry needling, instrument assisted tissue mobilization, cupping, education and lifestyle modifications, pregnancy support and postpartum recovery, dietary and lifestyle advice, desensitization techniques, post-surgical recovery program, scar management, and functional rehabilitative exercise.
